Behavioural training workshops
based on Neuroplasticity and Micro-Learning principles.

Live virtual learning and phone-work operating procedures.

Work groups (coach, client, observer).

ACREDITATION: Acquire 63 training hours & up to 180 practice hours.The hours count as ACSTH (Accredited Coach Specific Training Hours) for ICF (International Coach Federation).

THE PROGRAM
Real time online learning : 9 days of training and practice
=> 3 modules x 2 days each + 1 module of 3 days to develop immediate systemic coaching skills.

Module 4 : Systemic resonance, and supervision.
Systemic and projective techniques in coaching, deferred and live or shadow coaching.
